2024 built capacity, your donation today keep the conservation momentum going strong!
This is the time for conservation, once it's gone it's gone forever...
We are fundraising for protecting working and wild lands forever!
2024 was a great year for Northern California Regional Land Trust. Your support of our work helped us secure Department of Conservation funding to increase our capacity. We hired a part-time Conservation Director, and expanded outreach.
Your land trust community enjoyed a new event, "Family Day on the Ranch" to focus conservation education of regenerative rangeland stewardship. Neighbors and rural community guests enjoyed time on Hamilton Ranch during calving season, and word continued to spread about conservation opportunities through NCRLT.
With DOC-supported increased capacity, regional outreach added key prospective properties to our portfolio to reach an unprecedented conservation opportunity. Now, YOUR help is needed to progress toward 30 x 30!
25,000 acres of conserved properties is a real possibility over the next three years. Can you imagine more oak woodland properties conserved as open space, protecting watershed resources? Together, we can!
Your $85 donation supports the making of one map for supporting grant applications or funding reports. A donation of $135 supports one hour of conservation planning, which may mean brainstorming funding ideas with our community partners, attending planning meetings, or conducting research on natural resources protections.
Your support can help us finish 2024 strong, with a funding foundation that allows focus to remain on regional conservation planning, strengthening partnerships, and protecting our favorite places.
