We are fundraising to protect wild + working lands forever!
You and Northern California Regional Land Trust are conserving 40,000 acres and counting!
You helped NCRLT add three projects totaling 4,495 acres to our conservation portfolio in 2023. 2024 leveraged grants that increase our capacity for establishing land protections! By year's end in 2025, we will add another 1,170 acres of prime, regeneratively-managed rangeland, and 255 acres of walnut orchards -- all in Butte County, and line up 25,000 acres for conservation agreeement. Each acre is progress toward our goal of protecting 30% of our regional lands. There is more work to do, and work requires staff time and effort!
Your Salt-of-the-Earth donations help NCRLT maintain the pace required to meet our region's conservation goals. You pledge any amount and frequency - one time, monthly, or annual basis. Sustained giving allows staff to remain focused on conservation planning, stewardship, identifying project funding, and completing grant applications in support of our projects and programs.
Our goal is to add 30 new sustaining donors by December 31st annually; please pledge today! Consider starting with $10/month, or setting an amount equal to the # of properties ($40) we have, or set an annual donation equivalent to the acreage added ($1,176, $2,724, or $595) to celebrate our conservation progress), or anything meaningful to you as a sustained donation in support of land conservation.
