Learning from the Land Stewardship Summit - Inaugural Event!
This annual event invites all to gather and learn from the land, sharing stewardship successes and challenges with peers in stewardship of local lands. The full program will be released March 7, and will include regenerative agriculture and soil health, resources for landowners who want assistance with _______, fire risk reduction strategies progress, and an update on water resources. Presentations are invited. Individuals and organizations interested in presenting should submit via https://forms.gle/pgafkY5uBEXqL5XR9 and complete all questions on the form (2024 Speakers have been selected; fill this form for future presentations).
We are gathering land stewards from the five counties we serve for our inaugural Stewardship Summit, on Thursday, March 14th VIRTUALLY. The main program is a workshop-style presentation session, and includes a follow-up series of resource emails.
In 2025, the event will be held in-person, and will include Demonstrations and Exhibits (indoor/outdoor) and will also include an Awards lunch. The event open to all participants of the main program, and open to guests attending the evening dinner & dessert. A no-host cocktail hour follows the demonstrations prior to dinner.
2025 Event will follow the format below:
8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. Coffee & Conversation
9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Stories from the Land Presentations from landowners, neighbors, & regional partners
12:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Awards Lunch Catered lunch in roundtables among neighbors and friends
3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Exhibits/Demonstrations
6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Dinner & Dessert (separate ticket required)
Coffee & Conversation begin at 8:30 a.m. (included in registration, open to all registrants)
Cocktails & Conversation begin at 5:30 p.m. (No-host bar; 1 drink ticket included with Registration, 1 drink ticket included with Dinner ticket)
