The Harvest Dinner 2026: SAVE LAND YOU LOVE

The Harvest Dinner 2026 is a celebration of land, and acknowledgement of milestones achieved for our community. Guests will park in a secure lot off the Skyway in Chico, greeted and tended to by the Inspire Charter High School for the Arts and Sciences students. From there, guests will be transported by van up the canyon for the evening's festivities, hearing a story of the history of this place and some of the eras which make up particular natural features visible from Honey Run Road. Stepping off at the confluence, guests will notice the recently re-built Honey Run Covered Bridge, and be greeted by sounds from the canyon. Locally sourced appetizers, soups, breads, BBQ, fresh salads, and grilled vegetables, rice pilafs, and bean & nut spreads are on the menu, but we won't know exactly what Chef Dan will conjure up but we do know it will be delicious, and served with a smile and probably a joke too. Dan and the whole team design and curate the meal with what's the best available from the local farmers and producers for our best original cuisine, so we'll be as excited as you are! As for the entertainment, we will once again have a live muralist, live music, and a live dessert auction to give us all something to enjoy when we have a moment away from the gorgeous creek, fantastic foods, and cocktails. Did we mention local cocktails, and hosted, local beer and wine? And coffee. Stoble's wonderful coffee will be brewed up right there at the Afterglow Cafe, a place to sit and savor the evening and all the conversations and new and old friends started.
